Plasticizers
Di-isodecyl Phthalate (DIDP)
DIDP obtained from the reaction of phthalic anhydride with isodecyl alcohol; In PVC pastes, it is superior to DOP in terms of viscosity stability and longer waiting time in finished doughs. When DIDP is used in cable manufacturing, it ensures constant values ??of the products, prevents elongation caused by heat and provides better electrical properties.
Di-isononyl Phthalate (DINP)
DINP, which is a plasticizer obtained from the reaction of phthalic anhydride with isononyl alcohol; Its compatibility with PVC is good, and its migration rate is quite low at high concentrations. It gives excellent rheological properties to the product in plastisol applications. It helps to improve process conditions due to its low volatility. It has excellent outdoor and water resistance, and due to this feature, it is suitable for film production in the building sector. Due to its low viscosity and very good viscosity stability, it is especially ideal for plastisol applications such as spray coating, dipping, molding.
DOTP (Di Octyl Terephthalate)
Dioctyl terephthalate, commonly abbreviated DOTP or DEHT, is an organic compound with the formula C6H4(CO²C8H07)². Octyl is a non-phthalate plasticizer, a diester of terephthalic acid and branched-chain 2-ethylhexanol.
